Next Day Delivery Info
We offer a next working day delivery service by default. Please note this only applies to orders when the following circumstances are true: -
- The order is placed before 1:30pm on any working week day.
- All items on any single order are in stock and available to ship. (We try to ensure stock is accurately reflect via our website however some discrepancies may occur in which case the customer will be contacted by a member of our team in order to find a mutual resolution).
- The specified shipping address is within our next day delivery network. More remote addresses can expect to recieve their goods within 2 working days from the time of shippment.
Our next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the delivery and are calculated before checkout is complete. Additional charges apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and these are included in your checkout delivery cost. We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands – please contact us for shipping costs. All other international destinations please contact us for shipping costs.
Normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays unless by prior arrangement, which will incur additional charges (please contact us first). We will use our best endeavour to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for a delay, howsoever caused.
Parcels - It is your responsibility to ensure that there is somebody available at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the goods.
Pallets – If receiving pallet deliveries it is your responsibility to make sure that there is someone available to take delivery. If delivery is attempted but there is no one available to accept delivery, a full re-delivery cost will be charged Signature at the point of delivery acknowledges receipt of the goods. Goods will not be left with third parties unless by prior arrangement. The re-delivery process can be undertaken twice only, after which couriers are instructed to return the goods to us. In these circumstances, you may be liable for any additional courier costs.
It is our policy to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers accurately and in perfect condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit, discrepancies or incorrect stock within 48 hours of receiving orders.
If incorrect goods are received, it is the customer's duty to inform ourselves (Drinks Packaging Limited) within 48 hours as outlined above. We will exchange or refund products dependant on which is the most mutually agreeable resolution for both the customer and ourselves (Drinks Packaging Limited).
If goods are ordered incorrectly or no longer required, it is the customers responsibility to arrange safe return of the goods. Upon safe return of the goods to ourselves (Drinks Packaging Limited) we will then issue a refund less the original cost of delivery, any collection charges that may have been incurred, 10% restocking and packaging fee along with the value of any damage to the product that may be incurred during the return process, unless otherwise organised by ourselves (Drinks Packaging Limited).
In the event of ourselves (Drinks Packaging Limited) arranging the return of incorrect or no longer required goods, the cost of the return will also be deducted from the refund along with other charges outlined above.
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part. No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Beer Box Shop is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
